Terms and conditions of use of "Social Media Hub"

The Social Media Hub service is provided by our group company, Metricool Software SL. This [Service Order] is accepted in conjunction with our Terms and Conditionsand relates to the sale and provision of the Services. In conjunction with these terms, you also agree to Metricool’s Terms and Conditions ("Metricool Terms") which are available at https://metricool.com/legal-terms/.


1. Definitions
In this Schedule:


  • a) "Minimum Term" means the minimum amount of time (one year) that you may purchase the Product for after the order has been accepted.

  • b) "Service(s)" means the Social Media Hub services provided by Metricool and available for purchase from us as listed at https://www.nominalia.com/social-media-hub/?lang=en.. The Services offered by us may vary from the products specified in the Metricool Terms.




2. Purchasing the Service

  • a) To purchase the Service, you can order from our website, log into your Client Area or contact our sales team on 93 288 40 62. We require payment in advance for the Service or any renewal of the Service.

  • b) Initial Service support will be provided by us. You can request support through the app in your Client Area or by calling us on the number above.



3. Consequences of termination

  • a) n termination for any reason, we will cease providing the Services and delete all relevant data from your account within 30 days. For the avoidance of doubt, this deletion will include (but is not limited to) all logs, documentation, files and data, if any, associated with the Service.



4. Use of the Services

  • a) By using the Services, you agree to the Metricool Terms which include, but are not limited to, the terms governing your privacy and the processing of your data.

  • b) If there is any conflict between the Metricool Terms and our Terms, ouTerms and Conditions.



5. Agreement

  • a) We shall not in any case be responsible for, without limitation, any claim, liability, damage, recourse, cost, fee, penalty or issue which should arise as a result of you purchasing or implementing the Services on your website(s).

  • b) It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the use of the Service does not violate any laws, regulations or the rights of third parties.
