If I renew before the expiration date, do I loose some days of service?
No, you don't. The early renewal of your hosting plan does not change the initial expiration date, it only extends it for one more year.

I forgot to renew my Hosting, what will happen now?
Access as soon as possible to the "Renewals" section of your Control Panel: if the hosting plan is still among the renewable services, click on the service to renew and choose a payment method.
If you prefer, call us at 93 288 40 62 or request assistance from the Control Panel and we will help you with your renewal.
If your hosting plan is not longer available in the renewals section, it has probably been too long since the product expired and it is no longer possible to retrieve the hosted content.
Even though, contact our Customer Care Service in case we can still do something to recover your contents.
