I've exceeded the daily limit of outbound mail included in my plan, what do I do?
Nominalia email packs allow you to send up to 500 emails per day for the Personal version and 1000 emails per day for the Professional version. If you want to send more messages per day, you can buy additional emails per pack of 1000 or 5000.

What can I do in case of spam rejected
The outgoing mail spam system can block messages containing items that are called "spam". In this case, you must send an assistance through the Control Panel attaching the header of the message from which you received an error and specifying the details of the message you just sent. Our technical team will respond to you as soon as possible.
